Our client is a global FM and Logistics supplier with its base in Dubai. They are in the process of bidding a range of TFM contracts to both Government and NGO organisations and needed expert advisory input into a UK MOD opportunity.

    • In which the scope was to provide a comprehensive Total Facilities Management proposal for the designated services at The Falklands, South Georgia and Ascension.

    • The risks for the client was they did not have sufficient Technical knowledge to take them into the final bid stage.
